Avit ltd. (300264.SZ) announced on October 23 that, based on the company's good cooperation foundation with Henan Broadcasting- TV Network Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Henan broadcasting" or "Party B") over the years and the future long-term cooperation, while considering the customer's financial situation, both parties, in the spirit of mutual understanding, continuous cooperation, and through full communication, agreed that Henan broadcasting will transfer 12.8 million yuan of the company's total debt to its holding subsidiary Henan Yuwang Digital Technology Co., Ltd.
