■ Company Overview 1. Company History Trade Works <3997> was established in 1999 by Mr. Katsuhiro Asami, the current President and Representative Director, for the purpose of developing securities company systems. Mr. Asami was originally an engineer at a foreign IT company and was involved in consulting services for financial network systems. However, in the early 1990s, the domestic securities trading system was significantly behind that of the United States. This motivated Mr. Asami to promote the adoption of advanced securities trading systems in Japan.
