The Healthcare Sector rose 1.2%, the Industrial Sector rose 0.8%, the Real Estate Sector rose 0.7%, the Telecommunications Sector rose 0.6%, and the Technology Sector remained flat. The NASDAQ 100 Index preliminarily closed up 0.1%, with constituent stock Grail rising 13.9%. Netflix, Qualcomm, Warner Bros, and others rose over 2%, Meta rose over 1%, ASML ADR fell 2.8%, Micron fell 4%, Arm fell 7.5%, and Electronic Arts Inc fell 16.7%. Travelers Companies Inc fell 1.9%, Coca-Cola and Apple fell 0.3%, Chevron fell 0.2%, NVIDIA's rise was less than 0.1% making it one of the worst performers among the Dow components, Boeing rose 1.9%, Disney rose 2%, and Caterpillar rose 2.4%.
