Weiye Holdings (01570) announced that after the trading hours on October 15, 2024 (after the trading hours of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange), the company has entered into a sales agreement with the relevant buyer regarding the sale. According to the sales agreement, the company agrees to sell, and buyers Zhang Wei, Zhuang Xin, and Henan Weiye Hui Living Services Co., Ltd. (namely Zhang Wei, Zhuang Xin, and Henan Weiye Hui Living Services Co., Ltd.) agree to purchase 23.7 million shares of common stock, 16.2 million shares of common stock, and 32 million shares of common stock of the target company Eindec Group Co., Ltd., for a total consideration of about 2.876 million Singapore dollars (representing approximately 66% of the total issued and fully paid-up share capital of the target company).
