Tesla remains the leader in the pure electric vehicle market, but its market share decreased from 55% to 49%. Other major electric vehicle brands include Hyundai, General Motors, Ford, and BMW, which hold market shares of 9.3%, 8.7%, 7.5%, and 4.1% respectively.
