Citigroup upgraded McDonald's (MCD.US) rating to "Buy" with the Target Price raised to 334 USD.
Citigroup released a report stating that it has upgraded its investment rating on McDonald's (MCD.US) and raised the Target Price, changing the investment rating from "Neutral" to "Buy," and increasing the Target Price from $311 to $334. The report indicates that after more than a year of consumer price rebound transition, this year is expected to be a year for the company to fully leverage its scale advantages, driving market share growth in key markets and promoting a recovery in profit margins and earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT). The organization believes that the company has resolved the issue of differentiated cost structures nationwide, allowing franchisees to manage profits using "basic" item pricing, and also believes in a renewed national promotion.
