We specialize in manufacturing and selling baby clothes and baby clothes. We sell these baby cloth products through the following channels: (i) Our contract manufacturing business, which we sell directly to overseas brand companies or designated purchasing companies, mainly located in Hong Kong, the United Kingdom and the United States; (ii) We sell products of our own brand “” and peripheral products from third party brands at our own retail stores and department store counters in Hong Kong, as well as original brand manufacturing business for wholesale sales in Hong Kong, China and Macau. We are headquartered in Hong Kong and perform business functions of design and development, sales and marketing, and day-to-day management. Our production facility in Huangpu Town, Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province, China carries out the entire production process, including production of prenatal samples, tailoring, printing, carving, sewing, stapling, ironing and packaging. We sell baby cloth products through two main sales channels: (i) OEM business that sells products to overseas third party brand companies and designated purchasing companies of brand companies; and (ii) Original brand manufacturing business that sells products to customers in our wholesale and retail network.
