Glory 21 August, AB Builders (01615.HK) announced that the group is expected to record a post-tax profit of between 1 million to 3 million Macau dollars for the six months ending June 30, 2024, while the net loss for the six months ending June 30, 2023 is approximately 10 million Macau dollars. The announcement stated that the significant improvement in performance was mainly due to (i) higher gross profit resulting from profitable decoration projects and additional works despite the decrease in total revenue, and (ii) increase in other income (e.g. interest income).
