Fonderley Holdings Limited (the “Company”) is a member company of Lixin Group (established in Hong Kong since 1967). The Company is an investment holding company. The main business of its subsidiaries includes the development, operation and investment in media and entertainment, music production and distribution, investment and production, and distribution of television programs, film and video disc products, and theater operations. Since June 9, 2011, Asia Media Group Limited (“Universal Media”, formerly “Rojam Entertainment Holdings Limited”) has become a subsidiary of the Company, and its issued shares are listed and traded on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited GEM (stock code: 8075). The Company currently holds about 67.70% of the total number of issued shares of Asia Media. The main businesses of Asia Media and its subsidiaries include engaging in film production and distribution; hosting, managing and producing concerts and live performances; artist management; production and distribution of television programs; music production and publication; licensing media content; and providing consulting services for planning and managing cultural, entertainment and live performance projects. Since November 2018, Global Asia Group Co., Ltd. (“Global Asia”, formerly “Kadokawa State Ri Group Co., Ltd.”) has become a subsidiary company with 95% of the Company's interests. Asia Pacific is established as one of the major film and video product distribution companies in Hong Kong and one of the major multi-theatre operators in Hong Kong.
