Shengbai Holdings Limited was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2003. To date, our team of around 300 people has managed public and private residential, commercial and industrial floors in Hong Kong and mainland China. Private home owners, owners' corporations, government agencies, educational institutions, developers, and property investors are all our customers. Interior decoration and special projects The Interior Decoration and Special Projects Department (ISP) was established in Hong Kong, China in December 2006. Following the rapid development of the ISP business, the ISP was reorganized on 2012/12/1 to ISP Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 02340.HK) by adding independent expertise in remodeling projects, renovations, decoration works, and small and medium-sized construction projects. We are a registered general construction contractor to provide our clients with a complete plan covering planning, consultancy, project management and construction, including all-inclusive interior design and decoration, remodeling and addition, and renovation works. Special building construction projects are also our key business, and related projects generally include specific interior decoration projects. We are committed to providing our clients with professional and world-class service. Therefore, we refer to “comprehensive quality management”, a system that echoes our goals and pursuit of quality, so that we can continuously meet the needs of our customers and keep pace with international standards.
