AE LOGISTICS: ANNUAL RESULTS ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 MARCH 2024
AE Logistics (08620.HK) issued a profit warning: expected annual loss of approximately HKD 4 million to 6 million.
According to the preliminary unaudited comprehensive management accounts and information currently available to the board of directors as of March 31, 2024, ae logistics (08620.HK) announced on June 21 that the Group expects to record a loss of about 4 to 6 million Hong Kong dollars for the year, while a loss of about 20.2 million Hong Kong dollars was recorded for the year ended December 31, 2023. The expected decrease in annual losses is mainly due to (i) an increase in revenue generated by providing warehousing and other value-added services; and (ii) the effects of the Group's comprehensive budget management and effective cost control.
