Aisin has been selected as a business support target for the "Perovskite Solar Cells Expansion Project."
On the 15th, Aisin <7259.T> announced that the "Perovskite Solar Cells Expansion Project," jointly proposed by the company, the Chubu Electric <9502.T> Group's Chubu Electric Mirai, and Kansai Electric <9503.T>, has been selected as a business support target at the "Aichi Carbon Neutrality Global Strategy Conference" held last December. This project will include an investigation into the introduction potential of perovskite solar cells, as well as a preliminary demonstration of the perovskite solar cells that the company is researching and developing.
