Gelonghui December 3, Da Wei Technology (600589.SH) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Zhangbei Rongtai Yungu Data Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhangbei Rongtai"), signed a "Customized Datacenter Comprehensive Technical Service Procurement Framework Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as "this contract") with a certain internet client on November 30, 2024. Zhangbei Rongtai will provide the client with 60MW of customized datacenter standard machine room environment, available racks and areas, as well as supporting equipment facilities and other resources and related IDC services. The preliminary term of this contract is approximately 10 years, subject to the actual deployment progress in the future and estimated deployment.
