CBRE Group announced that it is the exclusive agent selling "WORFU" at 21-53 Fortress Road in North Point through a public tender, selling it as-is along with the existing lease. The property's total floor area is approximately 0.21 million square feet, comprising a total of 98 shops. The owner, Chelsfield Asia Fund 1 Fund, together with Schroders Pamfleet, stated in a local media interview in 2021 that to enhance the mall's appeal, they invested 0.25 billion HKD in renovations, reconfiguring the internal space of the mall and increasing the number of shops to boost foot traffic.
