Dynam Japan's Subsidiary to Take Over Purchase Order for Two Aircrafts, Agrees to Lease to Seller After Delivery
DYNAM JAPAN (06889.HK) signed a purchase and lease arrangement agreement with Wizz.
Gronday, November 8th, DYNAM JAPAN (06889.HK) announced that on November 7, 2024 (europe time), the company's wholly-owned subsidiary DAIL entered into an aircraft sales agreement with Wizz, whereby Wizz agreed to transfer its rights to purchase and receive the aircraft (including two brand new Airbus A321 Neo aircraft) to DAIL in accordance with the original purchase contract with Airbus, and DAIL agreed to assume such rights. DAIL and Wizz also on November 7, 2024.
