Comba (02342.HK) has terminated the proposed spin-off of Comba Networks and the proposed A-share listing.
Great Wisdom report on October 18th: Comba Telecom (02342.HK) announced that due to significant changes in the domestic IPO environment and capital markets, Comba Networks was unable to complete its A-share listing in a foreseeable time frame. After considering the latest developments in the macroeconomic and market environment, the board of directors has decided to terminate the proposed spin-off and the proposed A-share listing on the STAR Market of the Shanghai Stock Exchange in China. In light of the termination, the board of directors announced that Comba Guangzhou has entered into agreements with G-category limited partners and non-G-category limited partners respectively on the date of this announcement to repurchase their incentive shares held. The total repurchase cost is approximately RMB.
