CHINA ITS (01900.HK) appointed Huang Jianling as an independent non-executive Director.
On December 13, Gelonghui reported that CHINA ITS (01900.HK) announced that (i) Mr. Ye Zhou has submitted his resignation as independent non-executive director, effective December 13, 2024; and (ii) Mr. Wang Dong has submitted his resignation as independent non-executive director, effective December 13, 2024, due to their focus on handling Other Business. Following the resignations of Mr. Ye Zhou and Mr. Wang Dong, the Board of Directors is pleased to announce that Ms. Huang Jianling and Mr. Lai Hongyi have each been appointed as independent non-executive directors, effective December 13, 2024.
The West Extension of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, "Huangmaohai Cross-Sea Channel," will open for traffic tomorrow afternoon, reducing the driving time from Zhuhai to Jiangmen by half.
According to a report by China Central Television, the "Huangmaohai Undersea Tunnel" project in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area will officially open to traffic tomorrow (the 11th) at 3 PM. In the future, the driving time from Zhuhai to Jiangmen will be reduced from over one hour to about 30 minutes, and the toll fees will be temporarily waived during the initial period of the project. The report states that the "Huangmaohai Undersea Tunnel" is an extension of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, starting in Pingsha Town, Zhuhai, and ending in Doushan Town, Taishan, with a total length of approximately 31 kilometers, of which the undersea section is about 14 kilometers long.
