The board of directors further announced that, based on the recommendation of the audit committee, the board has resolved to appoint Baichun Certified Public Accountants Limited as the company's new auditor, effective from October 25, 2024, to fill the temporary vacancy left by Zhitong's resignation, with a term until the next shareholder's annual general meeting.
