Yihe Holdings Limited (“Yee Hop” or the “Company”) is a contractor with a long history in Hong Kong, mainly engaged in the provision of (i) foundation works, including pre-drilled small infused piles, pre-drilled I-beams and impact I-beams, and other civil engineering works, including site leveling works and road and pedestrian walkway works; and (ii) tunnel engineering, including pipe jacking, manual tunneling and excavated backfill tunneling works. Yihe has its own technical team, trained workers and a wide variety of machinery and equipment, so Yihe has the ability to handle technologically complex and large-scale foundation, civil engineering and tunnel projects in Hong Kong. Yihe has been providing foundations and other civil engineering projects in Hong Kong through its main operating subsidiary Yihe Engineering, and has been in business for over 25 years. Allied Works is a registered general building contractor and registered specialist contractor in the category of foundation works of the Hong Kong Government Buildings Department. In addition, Yihe projects are included in the four categories of approved public works contractors list under the Development Council, namely (i) seaport works (Group B), (ii) water works (Group B, trial period), (iii) site leveling (Group B, trial period), and (iv) road and drainage (Group C, trial period). Yihe works are also a land piling category (Group II) of the Approved Special Contractors Register (Group II) (including pre-drilled small-scale cast piles, pre-drilled I-beam piles and steel sheet piles)). As a registered contractor and registered specialist contractor for foundation works, Yee Hee is eligible to bid on various types of public and private works with general contractor construction contracts. Over the past few years, Yihe has participated in various projects, including residential development, commercial development and infrastructure projects. Yihe's two other subsidiaries, Yihe Construction and Yihe Foundation, are also subcontracting projects for other contractors.
