College Overview/School Profile The Heilongjiang Institute of Business (formerly Chengdong College of Northeast Agricultural University) is a private independent college established with the approval of the Heilongjiang Provincial People's Government in May 2002 and officially registered with the Ministry of Education in February 2004. In 2011, all the education and teaching resources of the Limin Campus of the former Heilongjiang University of Science and Technology were integrated into Chengdong College as a whole, greatly improving the school's comprehensive operating strength and core competitiveness.
