(“Western Securities International” and its subsidiaries, stock code: 812.HK) is a subsidiary of Western Securities International Investment Co., Ltd. (“Western Securities International Investment”). Established on November 29, 2013, Western Securities International Investment is a wholly owned Hong Kong subsidiary established by Southwest Securities Co., Ltd. (“Southwest Securities”). Founded in 1999, Southwest Securities is a securities company jointly initiated by other shareholders on the basis of the securities department of the former Chongqing International Trust and Investment Co., Ltd., the former Chongqing Securities Company, the former Chongqing Securities Company, and the former Chongqing Securities Registration Co., Ltd. Southwest Securities stands at the forefront of the capital market. On the basis of improving and strengthening traditional businesses, Southwest Securities has continuously obtained new business qualifications, expanded the company's business boundaries and radiation fields, and constructed a pattern of “full license” operation of securities companies, which can provide all kinds of customers with all kinds of brokerage services.
