Ajisen (China) Holdings Limited (stock code: 538) (“Ajisen (China)” or the “Company”, collectively referred to as the “Group” with its subsidiaries) is one of the leading fast casual restaurant (“quick casual restaurants”) chain operators in the People's Republic of China (“China”) and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of China (“Hong Kong”). Since its establishment in 1996, the Group has sold Japanese ramen and dishes in China and Hong Kong under the Ajisen brand, and has carefully developed hundreds of Japanese ramen and dishes suited to the tastes of the Chinese people by integrating Chinese eating habits and cooking essence.
